Start of PhD Thesis: March 2018
Subject of Thesis: Mechanisms by which the fungal pathogen Gliotoxin regulates anoikis and innate immunity.
Research Interests: Elucidating the step by step programmed cell death signaling pathways induced by Gliotoxin. Studying the influence of Gliotoxin over innate immune response to Aspergillus fumigatus.
Research Techniques: SDS-Page, Immunoblot, Live cell imaging, Immunofluorescence, ELISA, cell culture, animal models.
